SCOR operates in the financial services sector and is one of the largest reinsurers in the world.

Challenge

 

With more than thirty offices across the world, this organization is looking to work with a vendor who is able to provide executive coaching to enhance the leadership capabilities of its c-suite executives and country leaders located in different parts of Asia.

Solution

 

FLI provided individualized one-to-one executive coaching in local languages to several of its leaders in China, Japan and Singapore. The executive coaching program for each leader includes a chemistry meeting, a three-way briefing & contracting meeting, six one-to-one coaching sessions as well as a three-way debriefing meeting. 360-degree feedback and psychometric assessment were also used for some leaders as part of information gathering before the actual commencement of one-to-one coaching.
