This organization has identified executive coaching as the best way to accelerate the development of its high potential directors for future senior leadership roles and is therefore looking for executive coaches to coach three of its high potential directors who are working in the manufacturing facility in Singapore.

FLI provided individualized one-to-one executive coaching to its three high potential directors in Singapore. The executive coaching program for each leader includes a chemistry meeting, a three-way briefing & contracting meeting, six one-to-one coaching sessions as well as a three-way debriefing meeting.
