Challenge

 

This organization needs to get its top high potential managers ready to become directors within the next 1-3 years in Indonesia. On top of that, this organization has declared that it is the year of innovation as the organization strives to forge ahead of competitors in the areas of financial technology and service revolution. As such, this organization would like to put in place a leadership program that align with the bank’s latest strategy, innovation focus, and leadership aspiration/competency model. In addition, there is a need for the program to further enhance participant's capability in the area of strategic thinking, strategic innovation, change management and influencing skills.

Solution

 

Utilizing our consultants based in Australia and Indonesia, FLI designed and delivered a fully customized intensive 9-month accelerated leadership program to accelerate the development of this group of high potential managers using a combination of action learning projects, group coaching sessions, self-paced learning activities, workshops, internal mentors and teams taking accountability to drive specific strategic business initiatives.
