Challenge

 

Recognizing the value of nurturing talent from within, PepsiCo embarked on an ambitious journey to provide accelerated career and development opportunities for its workforce.

 

The company established a comprehensive and longitudinal Talent Academy to identify and cultivate emerging leaders across the APAC region. To support this initiative, PepsiCo sought a trusted partner to deliver executive coaching services, to empower these high-potential leaders with targeted leadership capabilities and enabling their career progression.
